Even though today was Saturday, we still had camp. Since pool day was canceled the other day we decided today would be perfect. It was a beautiful day and it was just that. PERFECT. We all headed over to the pool around 9:00 and stayed until about 3:00. While there we took a leap of faith into a cold pool filled with mountain water, slid down the slides, played cards, talked, and played some other group games. It was amazing to see the interactions amongst the students. I walked by and heard lots of deep conversations that made me smile. Since we had good weather, we all had to lather up in sunscreen just to make sure we didn't burn. We wouldn't want anyone to be miserable tomorrow in Albania. Since weekends are usually for visiting villages, some students left the pool early and went to visit with the family of their new friends.
After leaving the pool, everyone enjoyed resting a while and then we had a time of singing. It was such a sweet time for the team. In order to get everyone in bed early, we put on a movie at 8:30 and then hit the sack so we would be able to get up for our early bus ride.

Hey Landry!,I am loving what I'm seeing and hearing from you and the others! Thanks to Laura 4 the blog and great job! I specifically prayed that you'd have some meaningful conversations with Kosovars and then I read that you did! I've prayed that your sense of mission would embrace your heart while there and while being so far from home. Of course, I miss you terribly and have taken the liberty to move you from enrollment at UGA to GGC for next year. Good? Grin. Also, you and Bray owe me for Father's Day cuz I did all of your work! I think Dad was more than fine with having a mock celebration b4 the real thing happened! Gypsy. Need I say more? I wish you could know all the ways I think and pray for you each day ... too many to write. Know that I miss you so much, am praying, am so proud that you have a heart that longs to tell others the message, and CANNOT WAIT TO SEE YOU!!!! xxoxo Oh, luv it, too, when you write so keep posting. Sending hugs to and prayers for Peyton, Cam, and Gabe, too!
