Sleeping

Saturday's should be for sleeping in. Why can't I sleep late? This year since I have gotten into the routine of school, I can't sleep late at all. When I was growing up, I used to sleep until 12:30 or 1:00 pm. every Saturday. Once I'd wake up, my parents would laugh at me and joke how I'd slept half the day away. Now it has come to a sad day where I can't do that. I am so used to getting up early I cannot fight off waking up. I also am so used to getting into bed about 9:00 pm. also that Friday and Saturday nights I am no different. If we are watching a movie, watching tv, or playing video games, I seem to curl up on the couch and go to sleep. Our couches are SOOOO comfortable and are the best nap couches, but now I have made them into a nice bed. As I sprawl out on the couch, Jeremy puts our HUGE fleece blanket on me (Thanks Momma for sharing it with us!) and I fall asleep within 20 minutes. Even if I am not tired, the sleep bug attacks and I am out! Then Jeremy usually wakes me up in the wee hours of the morning when he's ready to go to bed. It takes me a few minutes to come to life off the couch, but then I go right back to sleep in a real bed. Well, it happened again last night. I was watching the debates and was battling in my mind why they wouldn't answer the question even after the moderator asked the question in four or five different ways, and I fell into a deep sleep. I woke up about 1:30 before Jeremy could get to me. I went to get in our bed and the door was closed to the bedroom. Why would a door ever be closed? I wasn't all there and I ran into the door! Jeremy was in the bedroom and heard the noise. I'm clumsy, I know that. However, I usually run in the side of the door or wall, but I never thought I'd run right into a closed door. It has now happened to me! I can join the club of people who have run into something face first without really meaning to. I can join Kelli in a support group (She ran into the pole at the Mall of Georgia because we were talking across the large green space). Although no one saw me and only Jeremy heard the noise, I am still laughing that it actually happened.
