I thought you might like to know a little of the recent stuff going on in our lives in terms of Jeremy's job. Jeremy's been part-time at Hebron for about 4 1/2 years or more. We've been praying about him having a full time job for a long time. We thought maybe Hebron would bring him on, but they never did. Long story short here's what has happened the past few months.

Jeremy received a call from a guy at Grace today. The guy asked him if he would be interested in making a video for Grace for the Christmas Eve service from last year. He said, "Yes." It won't be a paying job, but he may get honored in some way. Jeremy loves to do things ministry-wise anyway, so he was glad to get to help. He loves helping at LUG, the middle school program, on Wednesday's. He started helping out with LUG (Living Under Grace) at the beginning of the school year. Anyway, the guy, Trey, also told him they are going to be hiring a new video guy in the next 6 months. We have already been praying about a full time job for him for who knows how long. The guy told him they like to hire within, so it might help because he works with the youth. Who knows though?!Friday, October 22nd, 2010
Jeremy has done all kinds of work with Grace the past few weeks.
In December, Jeremy was asked to an interview. He then met a week later and was told they really liked him and were looking at him for the position. The elders had to approve him though. Christmas came and went. We were afraid he wouldn't get it because someone started talking about the budget at the Christmas EVE service. We waited and waited and said the Christmas Eve service and budget probably kept the elders busy.

It snowed and Jeremy fought the snow and ice to go to work at Grace. He's official. He has keys! He loves it already! He has been helping out on Sunday's for the past couple of weeks. He loves being the campus director and/or running camera. I even got to help him do words on Sunday. On Sunday's he has to be there by 6:45. It makes for an early LONG day but he loves serving.
