I love Christmas even though it's not December anymore!

The Rosbury's decorating gingerbread men.

It's baking time!!!

**Christmas Eve was a long day that started about 7:30 AM.
-I went to the Rent's house to make sausage and cheese balls.
-Then we went to Paw-Paw's house.
-Then we rushed to Grace's Christmas Eve service at the Gwinnett Arena.
-After that, we went to Andy and Tami's for our Christmas with their family. (Jeremy's mom's family)
-Then we started making our gingerbread house at 11. We didn't finish until after 12.

Christmas with my mom's family up at Paw-Paw's on Christmas Eve.

His tree.

Hannah reading the Christmas story. This has been something we have done since I was little. Someone reads the Christmas story and others say poems, verses, or short sayings.
The family- missing a few families.
We always sing the "12 Days of Christmas"- this year we were 4 calling birds.
The start to the gingerbread house.

Finished product... well I thought it was... Jeremy said we didn't need to decorate the back because it faces woods. I didn't feel like arguing, so we left it PLAIN! That was a mistake! The judges said it got points taken off because it wasn't finished. UGH!

Our tree on Christmas day

Here was our day:
1. Jeremy let me sleep late, he made breakfast, and we opened presents (speedy fast!)
2. We went to Daphne's for our immediate family gathering and traditional Christmas lunch.
3. We went to Jeremy's mom's to open presents.
4. We went to Jeremy's dad's to open presents and eat dinner.
5. We went to see Sherlock Holmes.
#2-5 all lasted about 3+ hours each, so we didn't get home until about 12:30 AM!

Jeremy got apple care for his laptop. It just seemed to fit since I got him the laptop last Christmas. Just kidding- he had to get it within the first year. Well getting it was a huge fiasco. First of all I ordered it and it didn't show up. I was so upset. After Daddy called Apple, he found out I had it shipped to the street address (thinking it would come UPS), instead it was sitting at the post office not knowing where to go since the Rent's don't use their mailbox at the street. Well after I talked with apple, the lady told me she would send it again. Then Daddy asked which one I got and I had ordered the wrong one. I order the protection for a monitor not a laptop. There was about a $250 difference. Good thing we realized it. The lady said well you ordered the laptop 351 days ago so it is less than a year. PHEW, I could order it. She express mailed it. I just thought as long as I bought it under a year it would be fine. I told the lady it was a Christmas present. Little did I know you had to register it on the computer before the year was up. On Christmas day when Jeremy opened it, he tried to register it and it said it was expired. UGH... Well long story made short, we finally were able to get it registered it after contacting apple yet again!

I got a warm, water proof jacket, a purse, some clothes, and Catch Phrase from Jeremy. I gave him some clothes, apple care, and some other random things. We also got a wii from Cindy and Jeff, some wii accessories from Jonathan, a game from the Robinson's, and some giftcards for fun shopping/eating.

Daphne's house:
Daphne and her cake pan.
Rowan got the pseudo owls. We got the real owl! Jeremy said if we ever got it, it would disappear. It is happily hanging in our house though!
Momma and her iPhone speakers
Miriam's gorillapod for her new camera.
Micah the train engineer.
Aiden's cute hat. She hasn't made it far in the bag yet, or she'd be screaming about her DS lite!

The older kids and the super mario wii game.
The little kids and their new wagon.
Daddy and his nano. It took him forever to open the present. I wrapped it in quite a few layers and included expired can food in each layer. YUM!

The gingerbread house/graham cracker house judging.

The judges making up their own categories. Everyone ended up with an award. I think ours got something like best front yard.
